01 . Why does it feel like the minute is not enough?

. Please do not dial 1888 numbers (Reason: Each minute will charge an extra $0.03 or more)
. Each country and the city rates are different, therefore the cost and allowed minutes is also different, please refer to the Rates Table.
. When the remaining amount is more than $30, the automated prompt will only tell you the Hours left and not the minutes.

02 . What is "Call From Number"?

. "Call From Number" is: The phone # which you call from, for instance: Home telephone or the cell phone handset numbers. You may enter up to 3 different phone numbers to call from, You will not have to enter a password when dialing from the 3 set call from #.

03 . What is "speed dialing"?

. "Speed dialing" is: After assigning the speed dial #, You will only need to enter 1#, 2#, or 3# to dial the assigned long distance phone #. Our system will let you assign up to 10 speed dial #s, for example: To call Taiwan you have to input number 011886212345678 or to mainland 0118612345678, after assigning it to 1#, you may be able to input only 1# to call that number.

04 . How to recharge phone card?

. Once you log on, please select account management, and select Recharge phone card.

05 . Why can’t I use the card after recharge?

. Please wait 5 to 10 minutes for our system to refresh.

06 . After setting, or update, why can’t I call from the phone # or use the speed dial?

. Please wait 5 to 10 minutes for our system to refresh.

07 . Why can’t I use “Call back number” at some locations?

. There are some old phone systems in Taiwan which will now allow “Call back numbers”
. Mainland China will only allow China Communication to make long distance calls.

08 . What is Referral Commission Plan?

. Referral Commission plan lets you earn money by referring friends and family. Anybody you refer will allow you to earn our referral commission. As long the customers you refer are using our product, you will receive the Referral Commission.
